Installation Error Codes

Curious:
Is there a website or something that I can look up an error code myself when the install crashes. 

I have been working with my reseller but it has been very painfully slow.    :x

If it is for CAD you can go to Autodesk.com and search the error code. Sometimes, a search on google will do you justice to

Autodesk came thru after many search attempts though I had a hard time what understanding what they were saying.  What little I understood, kind of confirmed what we think the issue is.
